We have identified the following topics around which we will organize our readings.

• Social – Cultural
• Theological – Philosophical

Needless to say, these topics (or categories) are purely analytical constructs and serve here only as heuristic devices to organize and structure the readings. Understandably, some readings will span several of these permeable boundaries.
